农产品质量安全现状及其检测与追溯技术研究进展

  • 摘要: 农产品质量安全检测与管理技术主要应用于农产品质量追溯,可使农产品质量安全得到有效的控制。农产品作为主要的食品消费类型,占据了我国食品消费总量的70%。随着我国经济发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,食品安全日益受到重视。本文主要介绍了农产品质量安全现状及其检测与追溯相关技术。农产品质量安全检测及追溯技术主要包括:快速检测、自动鉴定、网络和数据库技术。这些技术的应用,可以实现对整个生产过程中的信息收集和服务共享,构建一个完整的农产品质量安全监控管理体系。 

     

    Abstract: Agricultural product quality safety testing and management technology is mainly applied to produce quality traceability, which could control the quality and safety of agricultural products effectively. As the main consumption type of food, agricultural products occupies 70% of the total food consumption in our country.As the development of the economy and living standards, the emphasis on food safety is growing. This paper mainly introduced the technologies related to quality detection and management of agricultural product. It mainly includes the following aspects: rapid detection, automatic identification, network and database technology.These technologies could implement information collection, share service in the whole production process, and establish a complete monitor system for the quality safety of agricultural product.
