杏鲍菇多糖研究进展

Research progress on polysaccharides from Pleurotus eryngii

  • 摘要: 杏鲍菇是近年来我国开发栽培成功的集食疗一体的食用菌新品种。本文对杏鲍菇多糖的国内外研究情况进行了系统的总结和归纳,分别介绍了杏鲍菇多糖的提取、纯化、结构表征、生物活性以及应用研究进展,展望了杏鲍菇多糖对人体保健的应用前景,并对杏鲍菇多糖将来的研究和应用提出了可供参考的建议。 

     

    Abstract: Pleurotus eryngii is a kind of edible fungus varieties, which was edible, medicinal and diet developed and cultivated successfully in our country. The publications about the polysaccharides from Pleurotus eryngii were reviewed in this paper, including the extraction and purification methods, structure characterization, biological activities, and the application prospective of Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharides for the health benefit of human beings. Furthermore, personal suggestions regarding the future research and application of Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharides were posed for reference.
