植物叶蛋白提取及脱色研究进展

Research progress on the methods for leaf protein extraction and decoloration

  • 摘要: 植物叶蛋白是一种潜在的可再生蛋白资源,营养价值丰富。叶蛋白的高效率、优质提取是实现其高价值资源化利用的前提。本文介绍了常用的叶蛋白提取方法以及获取优质叶蛋白使用的脱色方法,阐明了各方法的优缺点。在此基础上结合已有的实践经验总结了植物叶蛋白提取及脱色存在的问题,并针对面向产业化发展的叶蛋白提取方法及脱色方法提出了优化建议,以期为高品质叶蛋白的进一步研发和应用提供参考。 

     

    Abstract: Leaf protein concentrate ( LPC) is a valuable and renewable protein resource with high nutritional quality. How to efficiently extract high quality leaf protein is an essential prerequisite to achieve commercial application and make profit.In this review, we summarized the methods commonly used for leaf protein extraction and decoloration, as well as the advantage and disadvantage of different methods.Based on the summary and our previous research, we addressed some of the existing problems for leaf protein extraction and decoloration, and proposed some suggestion on how to optimize the methods when using them in the industry.We expect this critical review can provide some valuable information for improving the potential development of high quality LPC utilization.
