Abstract:
With the leaves of Cichoricum intybus var. foliosum Hegi. as raw material, the composite enzymatic hydrolysis in the ethanol solution and microwave assisted extraction process conditions of total glycosides from Cichoricum intybus var. foliosum Hegi.was demonstrated. The optimal extraction parameters based on complex enzyme-microwave-assisted extraction technique were optimized by single factor and orthogonal test. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: the ratio of material to60% ethanol 1∶ 20 ( w∶ v) , adding 2.0 mg cellulose and 0.5 mg pectinase per gram of chicory powder, hydrolyzing 40 min in55 ℃, then 80% ethanol was added as extracting agent, the ratio of material to liquid 1 ∶ 35 ( w ∶ v) , microwave assisted treatment of 20 min in 70 ℃.Under the optimal conditions, the extraction yield of total glycosides was 6.27%, which was 2.24 times as high as those of microwave assisted extraction after enzymatic hydrolysis in aqueous solution system, and 1.33 times as high as those of without adding any enzyme extraction, respectively. The optimized process was simple and feasible, and had high extraction efficiency.
