聚乳酸纳米复合包装对双孢蘑菇保鲜效果的影响

Preservation effect of polylactic acid nano composite packaging on Agaricus bisporus

  • 摘要: 采用聚乳酸,纳米二氧化钛和纳米载银二氧化钛为原料制备抗菌复合膜,研究其在冷藏条件下对双孢蘑菇品质的影响。在低温储存期间测定双孢蘑菇的失重率,硬度,V_C含量,还原糖含量,菌落总数和呼吸强度等的变化。结果表明:聚乳酸中添加载银二氧化钛对双孢蘑菇的微生物生长,呼吸强度,还原糖及V_C含量的减少等都有一定的抑制作用。其中,3%纳米载银二氧化钛膜包装的双孢蘑菇能在16 d储存期后最好的保持其品质。 

     

    Abstract: To improve the quality of Agaricus bisporus under refrigerated conditions, poly lactic acid, nanometer TiO2 and silver nanoparticles were used to prepare antibacterial composite films, and the physicochemical properties including weight loss rate, firmness, VCcontent, reducing sugar content, total number of colonies and the changes of respiration intensity, were further studied.The results revealed that nanometer TiO2 and silver nanoparticles possessed certain inhibitory effects on the number of microbial growth of Agaricus bisporus, respiratory intensity, reducing sugar content and the decrease of VC content, among which, the antibacterial film with 3% nanometer TiO2, was shown to be the best of keeping the quality of Agaricus bisporus in16 day.
