微孔膜果蔬气调保鲜研究进展

Advances in studies on modified atmosphere storage of fruits and vegetables with micro-perforated film

  • 摘要: 对微孔膜在果蔬保鲜中的应用进行了综述。分别介绍了微孔膜气调保鲜的机理、数学模拟仿真、微孔膜制备、微孔膜与其他包装材料保鲜效果对比,以及微孔膜与其他保鲜技术在果蔬保鲜中的协同作用的研究进展。讨论了微孔膜果蔬保鲜技术及应用中存在的问题,并探讨了其在今后的研究方向。 

     

    Abstract: The application of micro-perforated film on preservation of fruits and vegetables is reviewed. The mechanism of modified atmosphere storage with micro-perforated film is introduced firstly, and then the research progress on mathematical simulation, the preparation of micro-perforated film are discussed, finally study on preservation effect of micro-perforated film compared to other packaging materials as well as advances in the synergistic effect of micro-perforated film combined with other fresh-keeping techniques on preservation of fruits and vegetables are introduced, respectively. The problems on preservation technology of fruit and vegetable with micro-perforated film and its application, as well as the future research directions are discussed.
