糖苷水解酶第3家族β-葡萄糖苷酶的研究进展

Research progress of β-glucosidases of glycoside hydrolase family 3

  • 摘要: β-葡萄糖苷酶属于糖苷水解酶家族,在食品、医药、生物质转化中有着重要的作用。本文主要对糖苷水解酶家族3的β-葡萄糖苷酶进行综述,主要包括理化性质、底物特异性、反应动力学、三维结构、催化残基和酶基因克隆表达等几个方面,为从基础领域研究该家族此酶的催化机理及表达调控机制提供参考。 

     

    Abstract: β-Glucosidases belong to glycoside hydrolase ( GH) families.They play an important role in food industry, medicine field and biomass conversion process.In this paper, the physical and chemical properties, substrate specificity, reaction kinetics, three-dimensional structure, catalytic residues, gene cloning and expression of GH3 β-glucosidases were reviewed in detail.This summarization provides reference to research on the catalytic mechanism and expression regulatory mechanism of this enzyme from basic area.
