Abstract:
β-aminobutyric acid (BABA) was a nature plant resistance inducer, which could induce resistance against many diseases caused by fungus and bacteria in a wide range of fruits and vegetables. The transport type in plants, direct/indirect antibiotic action, induced resistance to fruits and vegetables, biochemical enzyme activity and gene express change were systematically summarized. In addition, the defects in current researches were briefly analyzed and expected to provide helpful references for preservation technology development in future in this review.
