  • 摘要: β-氨基丁酸(β-Aminobutyric,BABA)是一种天然的植物抗性诱导剂,可以诱导植物抵抗真菌或细菌的侵染,对多种植物都具有诱导抗性作用。本文对外源BABA在植物中的转运方式、直接抑菌及间接抑菌效果、对果蔬的诱导抗病作用,在生化酶活性和分子水平上对可能的作用机理做了总结。同时,简要分析了目前研究中的局限性,旨在为未来保鲜剂的发展提供理论参考。 

     

    Abstract: β-aminobutyric acid (BABA) was a nature plant resistance inducer, which could induce resistance against many diseases caused by fungus and bacteria in a wide range of fruits and vegetables. The transport type in plants, direct/indirect antibiotic action, induced resistance to fruits and vegetables, biochemical enzyme activity and gene express change were systematically summarized.In addition, the defects in current researches were briefly analyzed and expected to provide helpful references for preservation technology development in future in this review.
