窄叶鲜卑花叶挥发油成分分析

The analysis of chemical composition of volatile oil from leaves of Sibiraea angustata by GS-MS

  • 摘要: 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取窄叶鲜卑花叶挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GS-MS)技术对其挥发油中化合物成分进行分析鉴定,并用峰面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量。共鉴定出50种化合物,主要成分为:亚油酸(12.85%)、植酮(11.4%)、二十八烷(10.81%)、棕榈酸(9.22%)、正二十三烷(7.58%)、法尼基丙酮(5.62%)、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(3.29%)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(3.21%)、肉豆蔻酸(3.03%)、反式-橙花叔醇(2.14%)、月桂酸(2.11%)、雌二醇(1.9%)等。窄叶鲜卑花叶挥发油种类较多,以脂肪酸、烷烃类和萜类物质为主。 

     

    Abstract: The extraction of volatile oil from leaves of Sibiraea angastata was by steam distillation.The components of volatile oil were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) .The relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization method.Totally 50 compounds were separated and identified, mostly including: 9, 12-octadecadienoic acid (Z, Z) (12.85%) , 2-pentadecanone, 6, 10, 14-trimethyl (11.4%) , octacosane (10.81%) , n-hexadecanoic acid (9.22%) , tricosane (7.58%) , 5, 9, 13-pentadecatrien-2-one, 6, 10, 14-trimethyl-, (E, E) (5.62%) , 1, 2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, diisooctyl ester (3.29%) , 1, 2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, bis (2-methylpropyl) ester (3.21%) , teradecanoic acid (3.03%) , 1, 6, 10-dodecatrien-3-ol, 3, 7, 11-trimethyl-, (E) (2.14%) , dodecanoicacid (2.11%) , estradiol; estradiol (1.9%) ect.There were many kinds of Sibiraea angustata leaf volatile oil, fatty acids, alkanes and terpenoids were the main ones.
