一株产黄色素海洋真菌的分离、鉴定及黄色素特性的研究

Isolation and identification of yellow pigment producing marine fungi strain and characterization of the melanin pigment

  • 摘要: 海洋真菌可代谢生成丰富的色素,其中部分色素具有应用于医药或开发为食品添加剂的潜力。本研究从海州湾海域的海泥样品中筛选产黄色素真菌,获得黄色素高产真菌菌株MP-16。通过对该菌株的形态观察和ITS基因序列比对分析,鉴定菌株MP-16为Penicillium citreonigrum。该菌株所产黄色素在330 nm波长处有最大吸收峰,具有良好的光热稳定性,在紫外及自然光下放置36 h,黄色素光吸收值无显著变化;在p H610,20100℃下较稳定;该色素对大部分金属离子稳定。本研究结果为Penicillium citreonigrum黄色素的应用提供了理论基础。 

     

    Abstract: Marine fungi can excrete many kinds of pigments with the potential to be applied in food and pharmaceutical industrials.Yellow pigments are widely used in the process of alcohol, beverage, and other food.In the present study, the melanin-producing fungi strains were screened from the mud collected from Haizhou Bay.The yellow pigment-producing fungi strain MP-16 was identified as Penicillium citreonigrum based on morphological characteristics and ITS r DNA sequence analysis.The pigment showed a maximum absorption peak at 330 nm.The pigment showed good resistance to heat, natural sunlight, and UV light.The pigment was stable form p H6 to p H10, and the temperature form 20 to 100 ℃. Metal ions had little effects on its stability.The results laid the foundation for the further study of the pigment.
