南极磷虾来源酶的研究进展

Research progress in enzyme derived from Antarctic krill

  • 摘要: 南极磷虾是一种生活于南极海域的浮游海洋动物。南极海域寒冷、严酷的生存环境形成了南极磷虾酶独特的生物学特性,南极磷虾酶作为一种独特、高效的低温酶系,具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述了南极磷虾酶的种类,分离纯化,结构特征,酶学性质和应用研究进展,期望能够推动南极磷虾资源的深度利用。 

     

    Abstract: The Antarctic krill ( Euphausia Superba Dana) is an important zooplankton which lives in Antarctic Ocean.The cold, extreme living environment in Antarctic Ocean cultivates Antarctic krill unique ability to survive. Enzyme, as an important participant of life activities, played a special role in life of livings. As a unique and highly efficient enzyme system in low temperature, enzymes derived from Antarctic krill have a wide application prospect.This article reviews the research progress of enzymes derived from Antarctic krill, and helps to promote comprehensive and deep utilization of Antarctic krill resources.
