Abstract:
To assess the adhesive tape and label paper security risks in daily life, and to separate and identify the hemolytic bacteria of the samples. The adhesive tape and paper label were collected in commonly daily life, and a small piece of the samples were sheared on the blood plate with aseptic technique, cultivated at 35~37 ℃, and the comparisons were workbook, printing paper, newsprint and other commonly used paper. The strength of the microbial hemolytic were judged by observing the size of hemolysis circle of the samples after 24~48 hours cultivating, and the safety risks of the samples were also assessd. The samples were separated and purified on microbial colony, and through the gram stain, observiation of cell morphology, physiological, biochemical test and 16 S r DNA sequencing, the species were identificated. Results showed that the hemolytic bacterium of samples for determination is Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, and it comes from glial layer of the samples. To some degree, daily adhesive tapes, label papers have potential microbial security risks.
