不同地区产玛咖缓解体力疲劳功能比较

A comparison of anti- fatigue properties in Maca( Lepidium meyenii Walp) from different area

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨不同地区和不同颜色玛咖缓解体力疲劳的效果。方法:将120只昆明种小鼠分为2批,分别进行负重力竭游泳实验和不负重游泳后肝、肌糖原含量检测、血浆尿素氮含量检测。分别采用酸性染料比色法、高效液相色谱(HPLC)法检测玛咖功能性成分的含量,并探讨成分含量对肝、肌糖原含量、血浆尿素氮含量的影响。结果:不同地区产和不同颜色玛咖水煎液各组均可延长小鼠负重力竭游泳时间(p<0.05),并且云南产紫玛咖水煎液组效果最佳(p<0.01)。玛咖水煎液各组游泳后肝、肌糖原含量均高于对照组(p<0.01),云南产黄玛咖组含量最高(p<0.01);各种玛咖水煎液均可降低游泳后动物血清尿素氮的含量(p<0.01),云南产黄玛咖组血清尿素氮含量明显低于其他各组(p<0.01);并且随着功能成分含量由低变高,肝、肌糖原含量呈现先上升后下降的趋势,血清尿素氮含量呈现先下降后上升的趋势。结论:玛咖具有缓解体力疲劳作用,不同地区产玛咖在缓解体力疲劳的功能效果上存在一定差异,云南产黄玛咖比云南产紫、黑玛咖缓解体力疲劳效果更好。 

     

    Abstract: Objective: To compare anti- fatigue function of Maca( Lepidium meyenii Walp) from different area.Method: 120 mice were randomly divided into 2 batches to examine load swimming time,hepatic glycogen content,muscle glycogen content and blood urea nitrogen content after non- loaded swimming.Content of functional components in Maca were determined by acid dye colorimetry and high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) respectively.The effects of the composition on the content of hepatic glycogen content,muscle glycogen content and blood urea nitrogen content were studied. Results: All Maca decoctions could prolong weight- loaded swimming duration( p < 0.05),purple Maca from Yunnan significantly prolonged weight- loaded swimming duration( p < 0.01). Hepatic glycogen content and muscle glycogen content of all experimental groups were higher than those of control groups( p < 0.01),hepatic glycogen content and muscle glycogen content of yellow Maca was the highest( p < 0.01). Blood urea nitrogen contents in blood of all experimental groups were lower than those of control group( p < 0.01),blood urea nitrogen contents of yellow Maca was lowest( p < 0.01).As the concent of functional components rised,the content of hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen rised at first and went down latter,while the content of blood urea nitrogen went down at first and rised latter. Conclusion: Maca decoctions could alleviate physical fatigue in mice. There were differences in effect of Maca from different areas on alleviating physical fatigue.The effect of yellow Maca is better than purple Maca and black Maca cultivated in Yunnan.
