天然活性多糖研究进展

Advances in bio-active polysaccharides

  • 摘要: 天然多糖是由许多相同或不同的单糖以糖苷键连接而成的多聚物,具有促进免疫调节、抗肿瘤及降血糖等功能。由于活性多糖安全、无毒,在医药、农业、食品等方面具有广阔的开发应用价值与前景,现已成为国内外众多学科领域研究的热点。本文对近5年国内外天然活性多糖的提取、纯化及生物活性等的研究进展进行系统地综述。 

     

    Abstract: Bio- active polysaccharides,connected with numerous the same or different monosaccharides by glycosidic bonds,are glycopolymers. Many common bioactivities of polysaccharides have been demonstrated in recent decades,such as immunomodulatory,antitumor,reducing glycemia,etc. The features of safety and non- toxicity in bioactive polysaccharides contribute to the broad application values and development prospects in fields of medicine,agriculture and food industry.Bioactive polysaccharide has been a hot spot in each scientific field both at home and abroad. This paper mainly aims to introduce the methods of extraction,purification,and the bioactivities of bioactive polysaccharides at home and abroad in recent5 years.
