异丙醇基体改进剂用于微波消解-ICP-MS测定芹菜、圆白菜、鸡肉和猪肝中微量硒

Determination of Selenium in celery,cabbage,chicken and liver with Isopropanol as matrix modifier by micorowave digestion- inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

  • 摘要: 目的:采用异丙醇作为基体改进剂,建立微波消解-ICP-MS测定芹菜、圆白菜、鸡肉和猪肝中微量硒的方法。方法:样品经以6 m L硝酸+2 m L过氧化氢作为消解试剂进行微波消解,以2%异丙醇作为基体改进剂,锗元素进行内标校正,用ICP-MS的碰撞池技术测定硒元素含量。结果:该方法拟合系数为1.0000,检出限为0.3μg/kg,定量限为1μg/kg。通过有证标准物质对方法进行验证,结果均在证书值范围内。该方法线性好、检出限低、准确可靠,可用于食品中硒元素的准确测定。 

     

    Abstract: Objective: With Isopropanol as matrix modifier,the determination of selenium in celery,cabbage,chicken and liver by microwave digestion- ICP- MS was established.Method: 6 m L nitric acid and 2 m L hydrogen peroxide were added to samples for digestion by micorowave,Selenium content in samples was determined by ICP- MS collision cell technology,with 2% isopropanol as a matrix modifier,with germanium as internal calibration.Results:The fitting coefficient of the method was 1.0000,the detection limit was 0.3 μg / kg,the limit of quantification was1 μg / kg. Selenium content in certified reference materials were determined by this method,the results were in the range of the certificate value.This method had good linearity,low detection limit,accurate and reliable,can be used for accurate determination of selenium in food.
