重组胶原蛋白制备及其应用研究进展

Research progress on preparation and application of recombinant collagens

  • 摘要: 胶原蛋白由于其独特的理化性质和生物功能,在食品、化妆品、生物医学等领域的应用日益广泛。然而,从动物组织中提取的胶原蛋白存在动物源疾病等风险,限制了其许多潜在用途的开发。重组(类)胶原蛋白具有与天然胶原蛋白相似的性质和功能,近年来,国内外学者对重组(类)人胶原蛋白的表达进行了广泛的研究。本文综述了近年来重组(类)人胶原蛋白表达、分离纯化和应用方面的研究进展,为该重组蛋白的制备提供指导意义。 

     

    Abstract: Collagens have been widely used in food,cosmetic and biomedicine for its unique physical and chemical properties and biological functions.However,collagens used in these fields were commonly extracted from animal tissues,thus its application was limited by the risk of animal- derived contaminating pathogens and difficulties in the preparation.Recombinant human collagen- like proteins have the some properties and functions as the natural collagens.In recent years,human collagen- like proteins have been expressed in a variety of expression systems.The new research progress of bio- production and purification of recombinant collagen- like proteins and their application have been reviewed in this paper. This work will be helpful to the large- scale preparation of the recombinant human collagen- like proteins in the future.
