Abstract:
To screen suitable polyphenol purifying macroporous resin from fresh Sargassum fusiforme,comparison of polyphenol adsorption and desorption capabilities was made among 4 macroporous resins.Effects of 4 factors,namely p H,flow rate,sample concentration and eluent concentration,were studied. The highest polyphenol adsorption and desorption rates were observed in resin AB- 8 under the condition of p H 5,adsorption flow rate1.5 BV / h,sample concentration 70 μg / m L,eluent ethanol concentration 70%,elution flow rate 1.5 BV / h and the dosage of eluent 90 m L.The polyphenols content increased from 31.24% of preliminary separation to 62.15%.
