美洲大蠊不同提取物清除自由基及抗脂质过氧化活性研究

Research of the effect of Periplaneta Americana different extracts on scavenging free radical and anti- lipid perxidation

  • 摘要: 目的:研究美洲大蠊不同提取物ML-A,ML-A1,ML-A2,ML-A3,ML-A4,ML-A5,ML-A6,ML-A7清除自由基及抗脂质过氧化活性的作用。方法:采用DPPH法研究美洲大蠊不同提取物清除自由基的能力,用硫代巴比妥酸(TBARS)法研究美洲大蠊提取物对大鼠肝组织匀浆自发性脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的抑制作用,评价其抗脂质过氧化能力。结果:美洲大蠊不同提取物对DPPH自由基均有一定的清除作用,能抑制肝组织匀浆自发性脂质氧化产物MDA的产生。结论:ML-A2对DPPH自由基的清除作用最强,ML-A4对大鼠肝组织匀浆自发性脂质过氧化的抑制作用最强。 

     

    Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of scavenging free radical and anti- lipid perxidation on Periplaneta Americana different extract( ML- A,ML- A1,ML- A2,ML- A3,ML- A4,ML- A5,ML- A6,ML- A7).Method: DPPH was used to study the ability of scavenging free radicals of Periplaneta Americana different extracts.Using TBA to study the inhibition of Periplaneta Americana different extracts on MDA in the rat liver tissue homogenate. Result:Periplaneta Americana different extracts had certain scavenging effect on DPPH· and could inhibit MDA the rat liver tissue lipid oxidation products of spontaneous generation. Conclusion: During the different extracts of Periplaneta Americana,ML- A2 had the strongest effect of scavenging DPPH·,ML- A4 had the strongest effect of anti- lipid perxidation.
