Abstract:
The refrigeration performance of the open horizontal food refrigerated display cabinet is greatly related to the form of the outlet.In order to achieve better food refrigeration effect and energy saving purpose,the experimental test and numerical simulation of the temperature field in the cabinet of two different forms of the outlet( guide plate type and the honeycomb type) with M package of refrigeration load were done.Air supply angle,honeycomb layers and air supply velocity of honeycomb type outlet were optimized.The results showed that before the optimization of the honeycomb outlet,the highest temperature of the M package was lower than that of the guide plate outlet,but the air temperature was higher.The resualts showed that when the outlet of the honeycomb angle was-3°,the honeycomb layer was 6,and the supply velocity was 0.9 m / s,the return air temperature and the highest temperature of M package were both lower than that of the guide plate.Therefore,the optimization of the honeycomb outlet could improve the refrigeration effect,achieve energy saving.
