Abstract:
The ultrasonic extraction process of Pinus tabulaeformis pollen polyphenols were studied. Based on the results of single factor experiment, through the Plackett- Burman selection, extraction temperature, liquid ratio and extraction time were determined the significant impact factors, three factors three levels of response surface analysis was chosen to optimize the extraction process of Pinus tabulaeformis pollen polyphenols.According to the model fitting and regression analysis of experiment data, liquid ratio and extraction time were determined the two significant factors which influence the total phenol yield of the Pinus tabulaeformis pollen,it was concluded that the optimal extraction conditions were ethanol volume fraction 80%,liquid ratio 1 ∶32 g / m L,extraction time 31 minutes and extraction temperature 51 ℃.Under the conditions, the yield of total phenols from Pinus tabulaeformis pollen can be up to 6.735 mg / g.The results showed that the extraction process conditions were optimized effectively by the ultrasonic, providing theoretical support for the development and utilization of Pinus tabulaeformis pollen.
