Abstract:
To clarify sugar- cane juice,and increase the utilization value of sugar- cane juice. The effect of reactive time,the dose of amphoteric polyacrylamide,reactive temperature and p H on transmittance of the sugar cane juice was studied by the single factor method,then the optimal combination and primary and secondary relations was studied by L
16(4~5),and the main physical and chemical properties of the primary and the clarified sugar- cane juice have been compared too.The samples were characterized by infrared spectrum and ultraviolet spectrum.The results of optimal combination showed that the time was 20 min,the dose of the flocculant was 8 m L,the temperature was 60 ℃ and p H was 5,and the primary and secondary relations were p H,the dose of amphoteric polyacrylamide,the reactive temperature and the time. The transmittance of clarified sugar- cane juice could be94.7%. The contents of V
C,soluble solids,total sugar and proteins of the clarified sugar-cane juice were smaller than that of the origin juice,and some amphoteric polyacrylamide was still in the clarified juice.
