Abstract:
Due to the surrounding microorganisms entrance though surface pores, the swan eggs were easily rotted during the storage period, which seriously decrease its market value. In this study, five bacterial strains were isolated from the rotted swan eggs, which were identified as Arthrobacter oxydansi,Pantoea agglomerans,Vibrio metschnikovii,Enterococcus faecium and Alcaligenes faecalis by the study of the morphological and physiochemical characteristics combining with the 16 S rRNA sequence and phylogenetic analysis. The study could provide reference for the antimicrobial and antiseptic storage of the swan eggs.
