蝙蝠蛾拟青霉Cs-4提取物对糖尿病SD大鼠肾脏的保护作用

Study on the anti-diabetic nephropathy activities of Paccilomyces hepiali extract on diabetic sprague-dawley rats

  • 摘要: 本文通过链脲佐菌素建立早期糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,考察蝙蝠蛾拟青霉Cs-4提取物高剂量组(2 g/kg·d、中剂量组(0.5 g/kg·d)和低剂量组(0.05 g/kg·d)灌胃给药3周后,对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。实验结果表明,与模型组相比,Cs-4高剂量组能够缓解糖尿病大鼠体重的下降(p<0.05),降低血糖、尿糖和尿微量白蛋白排泄率(p<0.01);对肾功能检测指标结果表明,Cs-4能显著降低血清尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(UA)、肌酐含量(p<0.01),同时提高血清超氧化物转化酶(SOD)活力(p<0.01),丙二醛(MDA)含量明显减少(p<0.01)。肾脏组织切片HE染色结果也表明,Cs-4给药后,肾脏炎症细胞浸润现象明显减少,说明Cs-4提取物能够很好的抗糖尿病和保护肾脏损伤。 

     

    Abstract: This work investigated the anti-diabetic nephropathy activities of Paccilomyces hepialid extract,Cs-4,on STZ-induced diabetic sprague-dawley rats. Sprague-dawley rats were orally administered with water extract at 0.05 g/kg,0.5 g/kg and 2 g/kg for 3 weeks,respectively. Then,related biochemical indexes were determined. Data showed that similar as metformin,the high dose group of Paccilomyces hepiali extract could improve the body weight loss caused by diabetes(p<0.05),and displayed a significant reduction in fasting blood glucose,urine glucose and urinary albumin excretion rate(p<0.01). Meanwhile,renal function tests showed that Paccilomyces hepiali extract displayed a significant reduction in BUN,UA and creatinine(p<0.01). The serum SOD activity was enhanced( p < 0. 01) and the MDA level was decreased( p < 0. 01). Pathological morphology reversion in histopathological sections showed that inflammatory cell infiltration was significantly reduced after treatment which confirmed that Cs-4 presents excellent anti-diabetic and anti-nephropathic activities.
