高效液相色谱法测定食用油中10种荧光增白剂迁移量

Simultaneous determination of 10 species of fluorescent whitening agent migration in edible oil by high performance liquid chromatography

  • 摘要: 建立了同时测定食用油中10种荧光增白剂(FWA52、FWA135、FWA184、FWA185、FWA199、FWA236、FWA367、FWA368、FWA378、FWA393)迁移量的高效液相色谱荧光检测方法。食用油样品采用凝胶渗透色谱系统净化,Eclipse XDB-C18柱为分析柱,以四氢呋喃和5 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相,高效液相色谱荧光检测器进行定性定量分析。结果表明:食用油中10种荧光增白剂各组分检出限均可小于0.1 mg/kg;在0.12 mg/kg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.997;在0.1、0.5 mg/kg水平的添加回收率范围在62.6%99.3%之间;相对标准偏差范围RSD在2.9%11.0%之间。该法前处理简便、准确度、精密度良好,适用于食用油中荧光增白剂迁移量的测定。 

     

    Abstract: A method was established for the simultaneous determination of 10 species of fluorescent whitening agents(FWA52,FWA135,FWA184,FWA185,FWA199,FWA236,FWA367,FWA368,FWA378 and FWA393) migration in edible oil by high performance liquid chromatography- fluorescence detector( HPLC- FLD). The target compounds the edible oil samples were cleaned up by gel permeation chromatography(GPC),used Eclipse XDB-C18 column,taken tetrahydrofuran and 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate as mobile phase,and detected by the fluorescence detector. The results showed that to determine 10 kinds of fluorescent whitening agents in edible oil by this method,the detection limit were better than 0.1 mg/kg. The liner relationships of 10 kinds of fluorescent whitening agents in the range of 0.1 ~2 mg/kg were good,the relative modular were better than0.997,the recoveries were between 62.6% ~99.3% for 0.1,0.5 mg/kg levels,the relatively standard deviations(RSDs) were between 2.9%~11.0%. The proposed method was simple,accurate,sensitive for determination of FWAs migration in edible oil.
