Abstract:
A successfully differential pulse stripping voltammetry analysis was established for simultaneous and rapid determination of lead by mercury plating method. In this study,29 kinds of tea from four main tea areas in China were as samples. And the test conditions were optimized during experiments. The linear domain rangeed from40 μg / L to 400 μg / L and the limits of detection was 1.2 × 10
-6g / L.The studied method was applied to the detection of lead in tea samples with average recoveries of 91.1% ~ 104.2%,whose relative standard deviation( n = 5) was 0.86%.Compared with the national standard method, this result had good linear relationship( r = 0.9979). This study developed a fast, simple and accurate method for the detection of lead in tea, which can be used for the detection of real samples.
