Abstract:
The microwave- assistant extraction technology and antioxidant activity of pine needle polysaccharose were studied.The effects of extraction temperature,extraction time,microwave power and solid- liquid ratio on pine needle polysaccharose content were investigated. After single factor experiments,the orthogonal test was carried out to determine the optimum process parameters.The results indicated that the best extraction process conditions were as follows: extraction temperature 90 ℃,extraction time 10 min,microwave power 800 W,solid- liquid ratio1∶14( g·m L
-1).Under optimal conditions,the extraction rate of pine needle polysaccharides up to 2.1698% through extracting two times.Moreover,the antioxidant activity of Pine needle polysaccharose was explored using reduction and free radical scavenging reactions. The results showed that pine needle polysaccharose had an obvious antioxidant activity,the IC
50 value of DPPH,·OH and ABTS+was 0.291,1.793,0.617 mg / m L,respectively.
