大孔树脂对甘蔗糖蜜色素的吸附性能和动力学

Adsorption performance and kinetics of macroporous resin on sugarcane molasses pigments

  • 摘要: 探究了大孔树脂对糖蜜色素的吸附性能及动力学。本文采用静态法考察了5种树脂对甘蔗糖蜜的脱色及再生特性。结果表明,大孔离子交换树脂D750具有最高的脱色性能和较好的再生性能。单因素实验结果表明,D750对100 m L IU560约13500,锤度约12°Bx的糖浆脱色的最优工艺条件为树脂用量10 g、时间6 h、温度60℃和糖蜜p H7.04,此时脱色率为86.90%。进一步地吸附性能和动力学研究结果表明,D750对甘蔗糖蜜脱色过程符合Freundlich方程,脱色过程的吸附动力学符合颗粒扩散模型,扩散速率常数为0.09 min-1。 

     

    Abstract: In order to probe the adsorption properties and dynamics of macroporous resin on sugarcane molasses pigments,the decolorization and regeneration performance of five types of macro-porous resin on sugarcane molasses was compared using a static method. As a result,a macro-porous and ion-exchanging resin D750 was the best. The effect of resin usage,processing time,adsorption temperature and the p H of molasses on decolorization efficiency was also researched. The optimized syrup-decolorizing technology conditions of resin D750 was as follows:resin usage 10 g,processing time 6 h,adsorption temperature 60 ℃ and p H7.04.The usage,IU560 and brix of molasses was 100 m L,13500 and 12 ° Bx,respectively. Decolorization rate was86.90% under the optimized technology conditions. Further research results of adsorption performance and kinetics showed that the adsorption isotherm of D750 complied with the Freundlich equation. Moreover,the adsorption kinetics of D750 was consistent with the particle diffusion model with 0.09 min-1diffusion rate constant.
