Research progress of chemical methods for geographical origin traceability of agricultural products

  • 摘要: 近年来,同位素指纹溯源技术、矿物元素指纹溯源技术及有机成分指纹溯源技术被认为是追溯农产品产地来源的有效方法。本文综述这三种技术在农产品中的研究现状,为农产品产地溯源技术研究提供参考。 

     

    Abstract: In recent years,stable isotope fingerprinting,mineral elements fingerprinting and organic compound fingerprinting were considered to be effective methods of origin traceability of plant-derived agricultural products.This article reviewed the application of the technologies in plant-derived agricultural products. It would provide a reference for the origin traceability study of agricultural products.
