表面活性剂协同超声波优化牯岭勾儿茶总黄酮提取工艺

Optimization of surfactant assisted with ultrasonic extraction technology of total flavonoids from Berchemia kulingensis Schneid

  • 摘要: 以牯岭勾儿茶总黄酮得率为指标,在单因素实验的基础上,采用正交实验法优选表面活性剂协同超声波提取牯岭勾儿茶总黄酮的提取工艺。结果表明,牯岭勾儿茶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:液固比35∶1(m L/g),乙醇浓度65%,SDS浓度为3.0 g/L,超声功率250 W,该条件下总黄酮得率为3.81 mg/g,RSD为1.53%,且提取工艺简单,重复性好。 

     

    Abstract: With the index of yield of total flavonoids from Berchemia kulingensis Schneid,orthogonal experiment design was used to optimize the surfactant assisted with ultrasonic extraction technology of total flavonoids from Berchemia kulingensis Schneid in the basis of single factor. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Berchemia kulingensis Schneid as follows : SDS concentration3.0 g/L,ethanol concentration 65%,ultrasonic power 250 W,solvent-solid ratio 35∶1,the yield of total flavonoids was 3.81 mg/g,RSD was 1.53%,and this extraction technology was simple and had good reproducibility.
