食品中磷酸盐检测技术研究进展

Research advance in determination techniques of phosphate in food

  • 摘要: 磷酸盐是应用最广泛的食品添加剂之一,对食品中磷酸盐进行检测和监控具有重要意义。本文综述了近年来食品中磷酸盐的检测技术。重点介绍了分光光度法、离子色谱法、电化学分析法、近红外光谱法、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法等在食品中磷酸盐检测的最新进展,并对磷酸盐检测技术的发展进行了展望。 

     

    Abstract: Phosphate is one of the most widely used food additive,the detection and monitoring of phosphate in food is of great significance. A review of the advance of determination techniques of phosphate in food in recent years was presented,which included visible spectrophotometry,ion chromatography,electrochemical analysis,near- infrared spectroscopy,inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,etc. And the development of determination techniques of phosphate in food was also prospected.
