离子液体在多糖溶解中的应用进展

Progress in dissolution of polysaccharide with ionic liquid

  • 摘要: 由于分子内或分子间的氢键作用,部分多糖难溶解于水或常规有机溶剂,因此限制了多糖在诸多领域的应用。而离子液体的出现则为难溶多糖的应用提供了可能。针对国内外关于离子液体溶解纤维素、甲壳素、壳聚糖等几种多糖的研究成果进行了综述,并对其溶解特性、溶解机理以及离子液体结构对多糖溶解特性的影响进行了探讨和总结,对今后利用离子液体溶解多糖的研究方向进行了展望。 

     

    Abstract: Due to the strong inter- molecular and intra- molecular hydrogen bonds,many polysaccharides are extremely difficult to be dissolved in water or traditional organic solvents,which tremendously limit the applications of polysaccharide in many fields. Recently,the emergence of ionic liquids provides a broad platform for the application of polysaccharides. The achievements in the dissolution of kinds of polysaccharides( cellulose,chitin,chitosan,etc) using ionic liquids were reviewed,meanwhile the solubility characteristics,dissolution mechanism and the impact of the structure of ionic liquids on the solubility were dicussed.Finally,the research direction of ionic liquids in dissolving polysaccharides was prospected.
