樱桃叶中黄酮类物质和樱桃籽油的提取纯化研究进展

Study on the purificaion of flavonoids in leaves of cherry and cherry seeds oil

  • 摘要: 近年,樱桃的种植面积扩大,产量增加。大量樱桃叶和樱桃籽作为动物饲料或废渣被丢弃,造成资源浪费和环境污染。本文就樱桃叶和樱桃籽开发利用的研究进展进行综述。概括了樱桃叶中黄酮类化合物的提取纯化的方法以及黄酮类化合物的结构特征。总结了樱桃籽中油脂的提取、优化方法和樱桃叶中油脂理化性质、脂肪酸的组成。以期为提高樱桃加工产品的附加值及其副产物的深加工和开发提供借鉴和参考。 

     

    Abstract: In recent years,the planting area of cherry was enlarged and the yield was also increased. A large number of cherry leaves and cherry seeds were discarded as animal feed or waste residue,causing waste of resources and serious environmental pollution.The research progress in cherry leaves and cherry seeds,flavonoids in cherry leaves were reviewed in this paper.And the extraction and purification methods of flavonoid compounds in cherry,the structure characteristics of flavonoid were summarized.The extraction and optimization method in the oil of cherry seeds,the physicochemical properties and composition of fatty acid in the oil of cherry seeds in detail were also reviewed.In order to improve the added value of cherry processing products,the deep processing and the development by- products of cherry as the reference.
