两种多糖对齐口裂腹鱼生长、血脂及肌肉组成的影响

Effect of two kinds of polysaccharide on growth,blood lipid and composition in muscle of Schizothorax prenanti Tchang

  • 摘要: 在齐口裂腹鱼日粮中添加高低剂量柠檬酸抗性淀粉(Citric acid-modified resistent starch,CARS)与低分子氧化魔芋葡甘聚糖(Low-molecular-weight Oxidized Konjac glucomannan,LM-OKGM),测定生长指标、血清指标、肝脏及肌肉组成等,研究CARS与LM-OKGM对齐口裂腹鱼的影响。结果表明:两种多糖添加高剂量促生长效果优于低剂量,而LM-OKGM促生长效果优于CARS,其中H-LM-OKGM效果较显著(p<0.05),增重率为20.76%,特定生长率为0.31%/d;添加高剂量两种多糖显著降低血清中TC、TG(p<0.05),同时LM-OKGM能将血清中HDL-C含量从1.97 mmol/L增加到3.21 mmol/L(p<0.05),而CARS仅增加到2.42 mmol/L(p>0.05);CARS比LM-OKGM更显著的降低肝脏组织中的粗脂肪含量(p<0.05);CARS对背肌粗脂肪含量没有显著影响(p>0.05),但H-LM-OKGM将背肌肉中粗脂肪含量增加到2.69%(p<0.05),L-LM-OKGM增加到2.01%(p>0.05)。综上,两种多糖均能够不同程度促进齐口裂腹鱼的生长、降低血脂、增加HDL-C含量,相比CARS,LM-OKGM能增加背肌脂肪沉积,以及更好的改善血脂,而CARS相比LM-OKGM能更好的预防齐口裂腹鱼患脂肪肝。 

     

    Abstract: The effect of different levels of Citric acid- modified resistent starch( CARS) and Low- molecular- weight Oxidized Konjac glucomannan( LM- OKGM) on growth,blood lipid,the composition of liver and muscle of Schizothorax prenanti Tchang( SPT) were measured.The results showed that the two kinds of polysaccharides in a high does promoted the growth of SPT better than the low dose and LM- OKGM was better than CARS.H- LM- OKGM significantly promoted the growth,weight gain rate was 20.76% and specific growth rate was0.31% / d( p < 0.05). In addition,the two kinds of polysaccharides in a high does reduced TC and TG in serum of SPT significantly( p < 0.05).The content of HDL- C could be increased from 1.97 mmol / L to 3.21 mmol / L in serum of SPT eated H- LM- OKGM group( p < 0.05),while feeding the H- CARS only reached to 2.42 mmol / L( p > 0.05).However,the reduction of the fat content in the liver tissue on CARS was more significant than LM- OKGM( p < 0.05). Meanwhile,CARS didn't produce a significant effect on the crude fat of back muscle( p > 0.05).But H- LM- OKGM increased the crude fat content in back muscle to 2.69%( p < 0.05),and LM- OKGM increased to2.01%( p > 0.05).In summary,the two kinds of polysaccharides were able to promote the growth,lower blood lipids and increase the content of HDL- C of SPT in different degrees. LM- OKGM could increase back muscle fat deposits and promote the blood lipid better compared to CARS.SPT growth and lower blood lipids. CARS could prevent SPT suffering from fatty liver more effectively than LM- OKGM.
