基因芯片在微生物检测中的应用及发展概况

Research of application and development of gene chip in microbiology detection

  • 摘要: 基因芯片检测技术作为一种前沿生物微量分析技术,不仅高效、快速、灵敏,而且自动化程度高、重复性好、结果可靠,在生物学、环境学和食品安全学等各领域都有广泛的应用,本文主要综述了基因芯片的原理和制备技术,并对微生物的检测应用和发展状况做了一些介绍。 

     

    Abstract: Gene chip technology is a kind of cutting- edge biological trace analysis technologies,which is high efficient,rapid and sensitive.Also,it has the advantages of high automation degree,better repeatability and reliable results.It has a wide range of applications in various fields such as biology,environics and food security.The theory and preparative technique of gene chips were mainly summarized. Besides,the application and development of microbial detection were described.
