发酵方竹笋对复方地芬诺酯诱导小鼠便秘的预防效果
Preventive effect of fermented Chimonobambusa quadrangularis shoot on diphenoxylate induced constipation

摘要: 本研究就发酵方竹笋对复方地芬诺酯诱导小鼠便秘的预防效果进行了研究。对发酵方竹笋纤维的观察发现发酵方竹笋比未发酵方竹笋具有更疏松的纤维组织结构,有利于缓解便秘。饲喂发酵方竹笋9 d的便秘小鼠排出首粒黑便的时间低于对照组和方竹笋喂养组,高于正常组和比沙可啶药物治疗组;活性炭在发酵方竹笋喂养组小鼠小肠中推进率高于对照组和方竹笋喂养组,低于正常组和比沙可啶药物治疗组。通过HE切片也观察到,发酵方竹笋可以降低便秘对小肠造成的损伤,减少小肠绒毛的断裂,效果优于未发酵方竹笋。同时发酵方竹笋较对照组可以显著升高小鼠血清中的胃动素(MTL)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)和乙酰胆碱酯酶(Ach E)水平。由此可见,发酵方竹笋具有较好的便秘预防效果。Abstract: This study was to determine the preventive effect of fermented Chimonobambusa quadrangularis shoot( FCQS) on diphenoxylate induced constipation in mice.The FCQS had more loosened fiber tissue structure than unfermented Chimonobambusa quadrangularis shoot( UCQS),which was more helpful to relieve constipation.After the mice were fed with FCQS for 9 days,the time consumption for their first black stool defecation was shorter than the control group and UCQS groups but longer than normal group and bisacodyl treatment group. The gastrointestinal transit of FCQS group was higher than control group and UCQS group,but lower than normal group and bisacodyl group. By observing the HE section of mice intestine,it was found that FCQS reduced the injury of intestinal tract suffering from constipation and alleviated the damages of the intestinal villi which were better than UCQS played. FCQS also can increase the serum levels of MTL( motilin),ET- 1( endothelin- 1),VIP( vasoactive intestinal peptide) and Ach E( acetylcholinesterase) comparing with the control group. These results showed that FCQS had good preventive effect on constipation.
