Abstract:
Polyphenols from blueberry leaves were extracted by ethanol and ultrasonic- assisted. The effects of ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power,ethanol concentration and ratio of solid- liquid on the extraction were studied.Extraction process of polyphenols from blueberry leaves was optimized by response surface method.The conditions of ultrasonic extraction were optimized by single factor and response surface method: ultrasound time 10 min,ultrasound power 546 W,the concentration of ethanol 64%,the solid- liquid ratio 1 ∶22( g / m L),the total polyphenols extacted in this condition was 8.54%.The ultrasonic assisted extraction is simple and high of extraction rate,so it is a suitable process for the extraction of polyphenols from blueberry leaves.
