植物源生物保鲜剂在水产品保鲜中的研究进展

Research progress of bio-preservatives from plants for aquatic products preservation

  • 摘要: 本文主要概述了近年来国内外关于茶多酚、迷迭香提取物、麝香草酚等植物源生物保鲜剂在水产品保鲜中的研究进展,系统分析了植物源生物保鲜剂在水产品保鲜中存在的主要问题,并对其今后的应用前景进行展望,为拓展植物源生物保鲜剂在水产品保鲜中的应用提供理论依据。 

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the application progress of several bio-preservatives from plants such as tea polyphenols, rosemary extract and thymol on the aquatic products were summarized. The main problems of bio-preservatives from plants on preservation for aquatic products were analyzed systematically and their application prospects were outlooked. It would provide the theoretical basis for the research on the application of bio-preservatives from plants in aquatic products preservation.
