葛根螺旋藻复合片氨基酸组成与营养分析及解酒作用研究
Study on amino acid components nutritional analysis and anti-inebriation effects of puerarin spirulina compound tablets

摘要: 利用氨基酸自动分析仪,对葛根螺旋藻复合片氨基酸组成进行了测定;采用氨基酸比值系数法、模糊识别法以鸡蛋蛋白质为标准蛋白,以WHO/FAO氨基酸参考模式为分析评价标准,对葛根螺旋藻复合片蛋白营养价值进行了全面分析评价;以小白鼠作为实验对象,以小白鼠醉酒后的行为学观察(醉酒和醒酒时间)为指标,对葛根螺旋藻复合片解酒功效进行了初步的实验研究。结果表明:葛根螺旋藻复合片中含有18种氨基酸,总含量为32.46%,蛋白质中氨基酸种类齐全,必需氨基酸(EAA)占总氨基酸量的37.22%,色氨酸为第一限制氨基酸,含硫氨基酸为第二限制氨基酸,氨基酸比值系数分为75.18~82.41;葛根螺旋藻复合片对乙醇急性中毒有显著的预防作用(p<0.01),具有较为显著的解酒醒酒作用(p<0.05),预防醉酒效果优于解酒醒酒效果(p<0.01)。Abstract: Amino acid composition of puerarin spirulina compound tablets was determined by automatic amino acid analyzer. Protein nutritional value of amino acid composition of puerarin spirulina compound tablets was carried on the comprehensive analysis and evaluation to the egg protein as standard protein, by WHO/FAO reference model for the analysis and evaluation standard by the amino acid ratio coefficient method and fuzzy recognition method. Taking mouse as experimental material, the preliminary experiment of anti-inebriation of puerarin spirulina compound tablets was studied with mouse drunken behavior observation ( drunken and sober) as an index. The results showed that puerarin spirulina compound tablets contained 18 kinds of amino acid, total content of 18 kinds of amino acid was 32.46%. Type amino acids in the protein was complete.Essential amino acid (EAA) accounted for 37.22% of total amino acid content. The first limiting amino acid was tryptophan. The second limiting amino acid was sulfur amino acids. Amino acid ratio coefficient was divided into 75.18 82.41. Puerarin spirulina compound tablets to ethanol acute poisoning had significant preventive effect ( p < 0. 01) . Puerarin spirulina compound tablets had a more significant role in solution wine decanter (p <0.05) . Puerarin spirulina compound tablets was better than the solution wine decanter prevention drunk effect (p<0.01) .
