植物源性转基因食品DNA提取技术的研究进展

Advances on extraction technologies of plant genomic DNA in food

  • 摘要: 如何从食品中提取到高质量和高纯度的植物基因组DNA是后续转基因检测成功与否的关键因素。通过对近年来国内外有关食品中植物基因组主要提取方法:CTAB法、SDS法、磁珠法、试剂盒法等进行介绍,分析各方法的优缺点,并展望其未来发展方向,以期为后续食品中植物基因组有效提取方法的建立提供借鉴。 

     

    Abstract: How to acquire high purity and quantity plant genomic DNA in food has been an important step in genetically modified organisms( GMOs) detection. Several main extraction methods of plant genomic DNA were reviewed in this paper. The discussions were mainly focused on the advantages and disadvantages of several methods and the current status and perspectives of plant genomic DNA extraction technology in food,in order to supply some information for establishing the effective plant genomic DNA extraction method in food.
