Abstract:
By microwave digestion procedure with HNO3/H2O2 to prepare samples,18 mineral elements including Al,Ba,Ca,Cu,Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Na,Ni,P,Sr,Ti and Zn in burdock tea were completely analyzed by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES). It was found that burdock tea contained some beneficial macroelements such as K,Na,Ca,Mg,P. Some beneficial trace elements such as Cu,Fe,Mn,Ni,Ti,Zn were also found. As well as there were non-essential trace elements, such as Al,Ba,Sr in burdock tea.Whereas some harmful elements such as As, Pb, Cr, Cd were not determined. An analysis method was established for determination of mineral elements in burdock tea. Recoveries of all elements in this experiment were in the range of 93.7%~107%. And relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.31%~2.31%. The detection limit of this method was low and fit the analysis requirements of all elements. This method was concise, quick and accurate.
