聚乙烯醇-壳聚糖/凹凸棒石复合材料的制备与性能
Preparation and properties of polyvinyl alcoholchitosan/attapulgite composites

摘要: 采用溶液共混法制备了不同凹凸棒石用量的聚乙烯醇-壳聚糖/凹凸棒石复合材料。研究了不同凹凸棒石用量对聚乙烯醇-壳聚糖/凹凸棒石复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,当凹凸棒石用量为聚乙烯醇-壳聚糖总质量的5%时,聚乙烯醇-壳聚糖/凹凸棒石复合材料力学性能最好。FT-IR和SEM测试结果表明复合材料中聚乙烯醇、壳聚糖和凹凸棒石之间存在强烈的相互作用,聚乙烯醇-壳聚糖基体表面致密,凹凸棒石与聚乙烯醇-壳聚糖具有良好的相容性。Abstract: The attapulgite(AT) were dispersed into polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)-chitosan(CS) matrix to get polyvinyl alcohol-chitosan/attapulgite composites through blending method with different compositions. Effects of amount of attapulgite(compare to total mass of polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan) on the properties of polyvinyl alcohol-chitosan/attapulgite composites were investigated. The mechanical properties showed that when the dosage of attapulgite were 5%,the mechanical properties of the polyvinyl alcohol-chitosan/attapulgite composites were the best. The composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectra(FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results indicated that the mechanical performance of composites was improved due to the strong interaction between polyvinyl alcohol,chitosan and attapulgite. The structure of the polyvinyl alcohol- chitosan shown by SEM was tight. Attapulgite inserted into the polyvinyl alcohol- chitosan matrix uniformly was basically composed of nano-rods.
