皱皮木瓜皮渣齐墩果酸和熊果酸提取工艺优化研究

Study on the conditions of extracting oleanolic acid and ursolic acid from residue of Chaenomeles speciosa (Sweet) Nakai

  • 摘要: 优化利用皱皮木瓜鲜果皮渣进行齐墩果酸和熊果酸最佳提取工艺条件。在单因素实验基础上,通过正交实验设计优化皱皮木瓜鲜果皮渣齐墩果酸和熊果酸提取的最佳工艺条件,利用高效液相色谱法进行目标性成分指标检测。实验结果表明,皱皮木瓜鲜果皮渣齐墩果酸和熊果酸的最佳工艺为95%乙醇,料液比1∶15g/m L,提取时间50min,提取温度70℃,此条件下齐墩果酸和熊果酸的总提取率为1.607%。本实验所得工艺方法稳定可靠、操作简单,可以为皱皮木瓜皮渣进行齐墩果酸和熊果酸工业化生产提供参考数据。 

     

    Abstract: To optimize the extracting technology for oleanolic acid and ursolic acid from residue of Chaenomeles speciosa (Sweet) Nakai. The orthogonal test was based on single factor and used to optimize oleanolic acid and ursolic acid with detecting the targeted component index by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) . It showed that the best extraction conditions were as follows:the solvent concentration 95% ethanol, the ratio of materials to solution 1∶15 (g∶m L) , the extracting time 50 min, the extracting temperature 70℃, and the yield was 1.607%. The method of extracting by the experiment was stable and reliable, and easy to operate, and the result could provide reference data for industrial production of extracting OA and UA from Chaenomeles speciosa (Sweet) Nakai.
