黄粉虫油脂对小鼠体重及学习记忆能力的影响

Effect of fats from Tenebrio molitor on weight,learning and mnemonic abilities of mice

  • 摘要: 为了探讨黄粉虫油脂对KM小鼠体重与学习记忆能力的影响,采用电子天平及Morris水迷宫法测试灌胃不同剂量该油脂(0.0095、0.019、0.029m L/(g·d))30d小鼠体重与学习记忆的增效情况。结果显示,灌胃黄粉虫油脂后,小鼠体重增长显著低于对照,且中剂量组增重最少(p<0.01);Morris水迷宫实验中,灌胃不同剂量黄粉虫油脂后小鼠的潜伏期比对照缩短10.1%~53.2%,而反应次数多2.7%~64.3%,且中剂量组在潜伏期和反应次数上与对照组有显著的差异(p<0.05)。表明黄粉虫油脂具有抑制小鼠增重和提高小鼠学习记忆能力的功效,且影响程度与其剂量有关,中剂量(0.019m L/(g·d))为较适剂量。因此,黄粉虫油脂对KM小鼠增重及学习记忆能力的研究,为进一步开发和利用黄粉虫提供了理论依据。 

     

    Abstract: To investigate the effect of different doses of Tenebrio molitor fats( 0.0095,0.019,0.029 m L /( g·d)) on weight gaining,learning and mnemonic abilities,KM mice were intragastric administrated during 30 days 'fats,through using electronic balance and Morris water- maze. Results showed that the weight of mice in group experienced was significantly decreased than those in contrast group,especially with middle dose group adding the least weight( p < 0.01).The period of mice intragastric administrated different doses of Tenebrio molitor fats was found 10.1% ~53.2% shorter than that in the contrast group,together with an increased reactive times of 2.7% ~64.3% in the Morris water- maze.In addition,those mice with moderate dosage fat performed significant difference( p < 0.05),both in the incubation period and the reactive times.It suggested that the fats from Tenebrio molitor could restrain mice's weight growing and enhance their learning and mnemonic abilities which was significantly associated with the dosage intragastric administrated,of which moderate dosage( 0.019 m L /( g·d)) was thought to be the most appropriate. In conclusion,the further development and utilization of Tenebrio molitor could find a theoretical basis from this research.
