探讨食品生产企业预包装食品标签存在的问题及解决办法

Discussion of the pre- packaged food labeling problems and the solutions in food production enterprises

摘要: 预包装食品标签是食品质量安全管理的重要内容之一,食品标签信息是消费者选购食品的主要参考依据。本文阐述了预包装食品标签及预包装食品营养标签的重要性,分析了生产环节预包装食品标签存在的主要问题和问题存在的根源。为了进一步规范预包装食品标签的管理,提出应建立预包装食品标签评价体系的建议,并对进一步规范食品标签管理提出希望。

Abstract: Pre- packaged food labels is one of the important contents of food quality and safety management.Food labeling information is the main reference for consumers to buy food. The pre- packaged food labels and the importance of pre- packaged food nutrition labels were expounded in this apper.The main problems of production link pre- packaged food label and the root of the problem were analyzed. In order to further standardize the management of pre- packaged food labels,a pre- packaged food label evaluation system should be established as soon as possible.In this paper,the further standardize food labelling management hope was put forward.
