外源乙烯对植物中糖代谢路径的调控作用及机制研究进展

Research progress in exogenous ethylene on glucose metabolism regulation and action mode in plants

  • 摘要: 本文对近年来将外源乙烯应用于果实、植物块茎糖代谢调控的作用和机制研究进行了综述。外源乙烯主要通过对关键酶的影响实现对糖代谢的调控,在这过程中,酶的基因表达和蛋白磷酸化均受到了外源乙烯的影响。最后,对外源乙烯对糖代谢路径的调控机制在分子水平上的研究趋势进行了展望。 

     

    Abstract: The applications of exogenous ethylene in fruits, plant tubers and their action modes of glucose metabolism regulation were summarized in this paper. The regulation effect of exogenous ethylene was mainly made by the influences of key enzymes in glucose metabolism, and during this process, gene expression and protein phosphorylation of these enzymes were affected significantly. At last, the prospects of research trend in action mechanism of exogenous ethylene on carbohydrate pathway by molecular modulation were done in this paper.
