聚季铵盐为结合相的薄膜梯度扩散技术富集测量自来水中痕量Cr(VI)

Determination of Cr (VI) in tap water with poly quaternary ammonium salt as a binding phase in diffusive gradients in thin-films

  • 摘要: 建立了以0.05mol/L聚季铵盐(PQAS)溶液为结合相的薄膜梯度扩散(DGT)装置(PQAS DGT)富集测量自来水中痕量Cr(VI)的分析方法。DGT法测得配制水中Cr(VI)的回收率为93.5%~102.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.25%~4.33%;测得自来水中Cr(VI)的浓度为2.68~3.45g/L,加标回收率为94.7%~102.6%;DGT方法对水中Cr(VI)的检出限为0.065g/L(采样48h),可应用于自来水中痕量Cr(VI)的定量检测与早期预警。 

     

    Abstract: Cr (VI) in tap water was measured by the diffusive gradients in thin-films (DGT) technique using0.05mol/L poly quaternary ammonium salt (PQAS) solution as binding phase (PQAS DGT) . The recoveries of Cr (VI) in prepared solutions measured by PASP DGT were 93.5%102.4% with relative standard deviation (RSD) 2.25%4.33%. The concentration of Cr (VI) in tap water measured by PQAS DGT was 2.683.45g/L with recoveries of 94.7%102.6%. The method detect limit for PQAS DGT was 0.065g/L (deployment time 48h) .Therefore, PQAS DGT could be used to measure trace Cr (VI) and gave an early alarm in tap water.
