响应面法优化金银花多糖乙酰化工艺

Acetylization derivatives synthesis of polysaccharides from Lonicera japonica

  • 摘要: 用响应面法研究了金银花多糖乙酰化的最优合成工艺,以多糖乙酰化的取代度为评价指标,考察了反应时间、乙酸酐与多糖的摩尔比和反应温度对多糖乙酰化的取代度的影响。通过响应面法得到的最优工艺条件为:反应温度是72℃,配料比是2.15,反应时间是4.2h。在此条件下,金银花多糖乙酰化的取代度为0.452。初步的抗氧化性实验表明,乙酰化后的金银花多糖的抗氧化性能有了明显提高。 

     

    Abstract: The preparation of Lonicera japonica polysaccharides acetylization derivatives synthesis conditions was studied.According to the degree of substitution, response surface methodology was operated to optimize the acetylization modificiation. The best conditions were reaction temperature 72℃, polysaccharides- to- acetic anhydride ratio of 2.15 and reaction time 4.2h. The degree of substitution was 0.452. Compared with Lonicera japonica polysaccharides, the antioxidant ability of acetylization derivatives had been improved.
