杭白菊化学成分最新研究进展

Research progress in chemical components in Chrysanthemum Morifolium

  • 摘要: 杭白菊营养成分丰富,主要含有挥发油、黄酮类、绿原酸、多糖、酚类、脂肪酸及微量元素等多种生理活性物质,具有较高的药用价值,对遏制肿瘤、延迟衰老及增强人体免疫力有一定功效。对杭白菊化学成分的提取和分析等方面的研究作了归纳与论述,为全面研究杭白菊化学成分提供参考,促进杭白菊的综合高效开发利用。 

     

    Abstract: Chrysanthemum morifolium is rich in nutrients, mainly contains volatile oils, flavonoids, chlorogenic acid, polysaccharide, phenols, aliphatic acid, trace elements and other physiologically active substances. It has high medicinal values of curbing cancer, delaying aging and enhancing human immunity.The extraction and analysis of chemical components in Chrysanthemum morifolium were introduced and discussed to provide a reference for a comprehensive study of the chemical composition in Chrysanthemum morifolium and to promote an integrated and efficient development and utilization of it.
