小花八角多糖提取优化工艺及自由基清除作用研究

Optimization of the extraction technology and free radical scavenging activity of polysaccharide from Illicium micrantbum

  • 摘要: 小花八角多糖是一种水溶性天然多糖,本文研究了小花八角多糖的提取工艺及其清除自由基的能力。通过单因素实验和正交实验,结果表明,小花八角水溶性多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度75℃、料液比1∶14、提取时间2h、超声波功率300W,水溶性小花八角多糖的得率为0.83%。进行清除自由基活性研究,结果显示,小花八角多糖具有清除自由基的作用。 

     

    Abstract: The extraction of Illicium micrantbum polysaccharide and its scavenging capacity of free radical were studied in this paper. Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the optimum extracting conditions were investigated through that the temperature was 75℃, material to water 1 ∶ 14, extracting time 2h, ultrasonic power 300 W.The polysaccharide yield was up to 0.83%.Meanwhile, the polysaccharide of Illicium micrantbum had strong scavenging effect on free radical.
