枳椇子、桑椹、青果复方组合物对小鼠肝脏的保护作用

Hepatoprotective effect of mixture of Hovenia duleis, Morus alba, and Canarium album on liver of mice

  • 摘要: 为研究枳椇子、桑椹、青果的水提物(质量比例为2.2∶3.8∶2.8)组成的复方组合物的保肝作用,以此复方组合物灌胃小鼠30d,对小鼠灌胃白酒,再测定肝脏组织中谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)、甘油三酯(TG)含量和乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)活性来评价复方组合物的保肝效果。结果显示,复方组合物的高、中、低剂量组可显著提高小鼠肝脏GSH含量(p<0.01)和降低MDA含量(p<0.01),而只有高、中剂量组可极显著降低TG含量(p<0.01),高、中、低剂量组可显著激活ADH活性(p<0.01),发挥出色的保肝护肝作用。本研究为复方组合物的保肝作用提供数据支撑。复方中三种植物都是药食同源植物,说明此复方可开发为保肝类保健食品。 

     

    Abstract: The hepatoprotective effect of mixture from water extracts of Hovenia duleis, Morus alba, and Canarium album (mass ratio of 2.2∶3.8∶2.8) on mice was studied. Mice were reared with the mixture through stomach perfusion for 30 day, and mice were treated with white wine by gastric perfusion. The contents of GSH, MDA, TG and the enzyme activity of ADH were determined to evaluate the mixture. The results showed that high, middle, low dose groups of the mixture could significantly increase GSH (p<0.01) in liver of mice, and decrease MDA (p<0.01) . However, high, middle dose groups could significantly decrease TG (p<0.01) . High, middle, low dose groups could significantly activated ADH (p <0.01) in liver of mice. The mixture performed the hepatoprotective effect on mice. The work provided a strong data support for the hepatoprotective effect of the mixture. In addition, all of three plant materials in the mixture are the medicinal and edible plant, which could be developed as hepatoprotective health food.
